The Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is currently up to 40 days for applications received after 27 August 2025. Applications received before this date is subject to 30 days case processing time.
We are aware of the inconvenience the extended case processing time may cause, but assure that we are working hard to bring down processing time for all applications. Business applications and applicants eligible to apply under the EU-rules are prioritised. In cases where processing requires further enquiries or submission to the Danish Immigration Service, the maximum processing time is 45 calendar days.
